Kuvo means is Open well. Ahmedabad faces the issue of water scarcity during summers. Conservation of water has always been a part of our lifestyle and culture. The underground water tables used to be high earlier and so these wells would have water inside them. This well is about 50 feet deep. Earlier, women would bring their Matka here and draw water from the well using this pulley and fill their matkas.
