The temple is called Dhaliya Human Mandir. It is believed to be 300 years old. People here believe that if it floods in Ahmedabad and if water level touches the feet of hanuman idol then the entire Ahmedabad city will sink. This assumption is made on basis of the slope and the height from the land of course.
